Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at efrain@theprosigns.com with photos of the issue. We will review the claim and provide a replacement or refund if approved.
